After watching the debacle of people flipping the “F” out over healthcare in the US, I wanted to share how we do it here in Japan.
Actually, I’ll let the experts do it best. But I will share with you this, there is universal healthcare coverage here and a mandatory inclusion into the system. And since my wife is taking care of the homefront and not employed in the economy, her monthly bill is a 2300 yen, which comes out to a whopping $23.31.
When she was working, her bill was 9000 yen a month, or about $91 a month.
