Is it ok, that I’m just tired of the excuses? I’m TIRED. I hear you. Disenfranchisement, structural, etc. Yeah, society is messed up. It’s been hard for Black people forever. OK? Do we need to send a message into the black folks newsletter? I’ll draft it. Being Black is hard. I feel like my mama when she informed me “life is unfair, deal with it.” Black men, deal with it. You in jail cause you were dealing drugs? Stop dealing drugs. You don’t want to be a daddy? Don’t have unprotected sex. I AM TIRED! I feel like Bill Cosby. I just don’t want to hear any more excuses.
